General guidelines
- Please indicate the buffer composition, especially any possible detergents and enzyme inhibitors that may be introduced during sample preparation.
- Please include a copy of your quote or invoice in the shipment.
- Make sure frozen samples are completely frozen in an upright position before packing.
- Please use indelible ink for tube labeling, as tape and labels may fall off at dry ice temperatures.
- For samples shipped on dry ice, please place your samples in a zipper bag or tube box at the bottom of the box and fill with dry ice.
